Is Fix Auto Redhill still open?
The health and well-being of our colleagues and customers is our main priority. We have implemented several changes to enable us to remain open to keep key workers mobile during this time.
Whilst we are still open and operating with reduced staff. We are trying to repair vehicles as normal at this time, or alternatively we will book in your vehicle repairs for a convenient date in the future.
What are you opening times?
We are working with reduced staff for safety during this time. We are currently open Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm.
What safety measures have you put in place for COVID-19?
The set-up and working practises throughout the body shop have been modified to ensure we adhere to Government guidelines.
We are following our COVID-19 exposure assessment and exposure containment steps to ensure the safety of customers and employees.
We are sanitising vehicle before and after repairs to ensure safety for all our customers and staff. We are asking customers to deliver their vehicles into the Bodyshop before repair. This will ensure that your vehicle is sanitised before being entered by a member of staff.
To sanitise your vehicle, we use the Texa AIR2SAN ozone sanitising machine. To find out more information about this, please see the video below. After the machine has finished in your vehicle, all touch points are wiped down and covered with protective coverings.
Do I need to visit Fix Auto Redhill to get an estimate for repair?
We are currently making appointments for all estimates. Please call ahead before coming into the Bodyshop so we can ensure there is not more than one customer onsite at any time. Alternatively, if you are unable to come into the Bodyshop, you can submit your vehicle details and images of the damage of your vehicle, via the button below.
